Your details,
handled with care.

Last updated: 28 October 2026. This notice explains how Saybah Craft & Bloom uses information submitted through this website.

What you share

The booking planner asks for your name, email, guest count and occasion. You can provide an event date and venue or area, or indicate that these are still undecided. You may also share a phone number, budget, palette, event time, age group, chosen bar, add-ons and notes. To manage your booking, authorised staff may also record agreed prices, received payment amounts, follow-up dates and private planning notes. For workshop bookings, we ask for your first and last name, email, phone number, ticket quantity and any optional special requirements. When online payments are enabled, Stripe handles your card details; Saybah stores the booking reference, ticket amount and payment status, but never your card number. Please avoid sensitive personal information in the notes.

Why we use it

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, discuss availability and prepare and manage your event booking. The basis for handling an enquiry is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and then performing that contract if you book. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Where it goes

Requests are saved in the website’s private booking inbox on Hostinger hosting and can be accessed by authorised staff. Your enquiry reference is shown on the website when the request is saved. When email delivery is configured, we also attempt an email acknowledgement with your reference and next steps. We may use your email or phone to discuss your event. If email notifications are enabled, the notification contains a booking reference; the full event details remain in the private inbox. Workshop bookings are stored privately on Hostinger and copied to a restricted Google Sheets booking register, accessible to the website administrator and Saybah’s authorised team. Stripe processes workshop payments and payment receipts. These providers process data needed to deliver the booking service. Optional special requirements are used only to help with your visit. Hostinger processes website data as the hosting provider.

How long we keep it

Unconverted enquiries and unused customer contact records are deleted after 12 months. Records of confirmed bookings may be kept for up to six years after the event to manage the booking and associated business records, then deleted. Records required for an ongoing dispute or a specific legal obligation may need to be retained longer.

Cookies and external links

This website uses a necessary session cookie to protect form submissions and sign-in. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We record aggregate daily counts of service-page opens and enquiry steps to understand which parts of the website are used. These counters contain no visitor identifiers, contact details or IP addresses, use no browser storage, and are kept for up to 90 days. Instagram links open Instagram, where Meta’s own privacy and cookie policies apply; an Instagram feed is not automatically embedded.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing saybahcraft@gmail.com. Share only your request reference to start the conversation. Depending on the circumstances, you may also ask for restriction, object to processing, or request a portable copy of your data.

You may raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
